Shipping & Returns


We ship orders daily and our cut off for same day dispatch is 1pm. We only do tracked shipping, so you have the maximum information about your shipment.

Germany (1-3 working days)

EU (4-7 working days)

Free Shipping on 100€+ orders

Switzerland & Norway (4-7 working days)
Tracked Shipping: 12€

Rest of the World (delays at the moment due to the pandemic: 14+ working days)

Free Shipping on 150€+ orders

Additional charges for Non-EU countries such as Custom fees or import taxes are not shown in the Checkout or handled by Double Double Vintage and therefore fall under the customer's obligation.

When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped using a German Post / DHL service. We ship daily and orders placed before 1pm should be shipped the same day (Mo-Fri). Please excuse that sometimes shipping times may have delays and note orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

How do I return unwanted items?
You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order by sending it back to the address below. Once we receive the return, we will refund you within 3 days through the initial payment method. However the return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can also return unwanted online orders anytime within the 14 days in our Mannheim Store. However purchases made in the store are not refundable / exchangable!

To return an online purchase by post, just follow these instructions:
Place your items back into the package you received them in.

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 days for your refund to appear in your bank if you paid via credit card or bank transfer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
