Returns
You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order by sending it back to the address below. Please fill out the Return Sheet from the envelope in your order and put it inside your return. Once we receive the return, we will refund you within 3 days through the initial payment method. However the return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can also return unwanted online orders anytime within the 14 days in our Mannheim Store. However purchases made in the store are not refundable / exchangable!

  • When will my Order be shipped?

    All orders will be shipped using a German Post / DHL service. We ship daily and orders placed before 12pm should be shipped the same day (Mo-Fri). Please excuse that sometimes shipping times may have delays and note orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

  • How do I track my Order?

    Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation incl. your Tracking via E-Mail. Please also check your Spam Folder! You can also find your Tracking, when you login to your customer account and review your order.

  • How do I return an item?

    You can return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order by sending it back to the address above. Please fill out the Return Sheet from the envelope and put it inside your return. Once we receive the return, we will refund you within 3 days through the initial payment method.     We strongly recommend that you use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

  • When will I get my refund?

    Any refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving your return. We can't give information on whether your return already arrived other than: if you didn't get your refund yet, it hasn't arrived within the last 3 days. Please check the tracking of your return shipment to see if your shipment already arrived and only contact us once the 3 days period is exceeded and you still didn't get a refund.

    You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 days for your refund to appear in your bank if you paid via credit card or bank transfer.

  • Why are there no free Returns?

    We made the conscious decision not to offer free Returns. Everyone is so used to Free Shipping & Returns, that we forget it's actual people driving around, delivering our shipments. There is no actual Free Shipping. There's just Onlineshops, who pay for your Shipping & Returns to make you order more from them. Sorry but we're not one of them. First because it's another financial Liability for any small business. But also because we want to promote a more conscious mindset when it comes to consuming. While of course there's no Problem with a return - maybe an item doesn't fit or you just don't like it - we hope you understand that the return shipping costs will be on your own expense. But we do pay for Your initial shipping costs, if you're order value is above the Free Shipping Limit (Germany 70€ | Europe 100€ | World 150€).
