When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be shipped using a German Post / DHL service. We try to ship daily and orders placed before 1pm should be shipped the same day (Mo-Fri). Please excuse that sometimes shipping times may have a delays and note orders will be delivered Monday - Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays. We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

How do I return unwanted items?
If you simply change your mind about the item you have bought from us online, you can return it to us for a refund (the initial delivery charges are non-refundable). We must receive the item(s) within 14 days from the date of purchase (21 for International customers). Any time after the aforementioned time period you will be issued with store credit, where you can purchase another item off the site with the original purchase amount. Shipping however, will be charged again. You can also return unwanted online orders anytime within the 14 days in our Mannheim Store. However purchases made in the store are not refundable / exchangable!
To return an online purchase by post, just follow these instructions:

We strongly recommend that you use a secure or tracked method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return to our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for your refund to appear in your bank. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
