Returns
You can return all items within 14 days of receiving your order to the address below. Please fill out the return slip (link to the return slip) and enclose it with your return. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the amount within 3 days via the original payment method. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email notification. However, the customer bears the cost of the return.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    All orders are shipped with Deutsche Post / DHL. We ship daily, and orders placed before 1 PM should be dispatched on the same day (Mon-Fri). Please understand that shipping delays can sometimes occur, and note that orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking number via email. Please also check your spam folder! You can also find your tracking number by logging into your customer account and checking your order.

  • How can I return an item?

    You may return unwanted items to the address above within 14 days of receiving your order. Please complete the return slip from the envelope and enclose it with your return. Once we have received the return, we will refund the amount within 3 days via the original payment method. However, you must bear the costs of the return yourself.

    We recommend that you use a secure or traceable shipping method and retain proof of postage. Until we receive your return at our warehouse, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Every refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt of your return. We cannot provide information on whether your return has arrived, except for the following: If you have not yet received your refund, it has not arrived within the last 3 days. Please check the tracking for your return to see if your shipment has arrived, and only contact us if the 3-day period has passed and you still have not received a refund.

    You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. If you paid by credit card or bank transfer, it may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Why are there no free returns?

    We have consciously decided not to offer free returns. Everyone is so used to free shipping and returns that we forget that there are actual people driving around delivering our packages, and they don't do it for free. There's no such thing as free shipping. There are only online shops that cover the costs of shipping and returns so that you order more from them. We're sorry, but we're not one of those shops. Firstly, because it's another financial burden for any small business. But also because we want to promote a more conscious approach to consumption. Of course, there's no problem with a return – maybe an item doesn't fit or you simply don't like it – but we hope you understand that the cost of returning it is yours. We, however, will cover the initial shipping costs if the order value exceeds the free shipping threshold (Germany €80 | Europe €120 | World €200).
