As one of the best players in Duke's history, he won two NCAA Championships with the Blue Devils in 1991 & 1992.

After being drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 1994, he played six seasons for "Motor City," scoring a total of: 9,393 points, 3,417 assists, and 2,720 rebounds.

Only three other players in history have surpassed these numbers after their first six seasons: Oscar Robertson, Larry Bird, and (of course) LeBron James.

Many people expected him to be the next Jordan, but his talent was hampered by many injuries over the years...

His signing with Fila instead of Nike or adidas surprised people and took the industry by storm.

Fila introduced the Grant Hill Signature Line in the 90s. A total of five sneakers were released under it, and it remains a favorite in the sneaker community to this day.

The Hill line was one of the most successful sneaker lines in an era where Air Jordan, adidas, and Reebok played an important role in the competition.

After his induction into the Basketball Hall of Fame, Hill signed a lifetime endorsement deal with Fila.

After retiring in 2013, Hill continued to work as a sportscaster on various shows like "NBA Inside Stuff."
