MWCB - "Jingle Hoops"

 
It wasn't that long ago, but 9 years ago the NBA brought us arguably one of the most legendary sports commercial in recent memory with "Jingle Hoops". In this commercial for the Christmas Day Uniforms, we see Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Stephen Curry, James Harden, Steve Nash und LeBron James shooting (and dunking) to the tune of Jingle Bells.

But to directly break the illusion: Yes, there was some help with the commercial. However, the NBA did not make a big secret out of it, because on the same day the Behind the Scenes of the now iconic advertisement was published.

Even though the commercial is only 9 years old, and compared to the other commercial breaks we've featured in the past, it still has a bit of retro feel to it. You can see Steve Nash still as a player for the Lakers, Kevin Durant in an OKC jersey, James Hard in a Rockets jersey, Derrick Rose in Bulls jersey and LeBron in a Heat jersey. Only Steph Curry has not changed, he still plays for the Golden State Warriors.
